And speaking of versatility, keep in mind that Three Bars, a registered Thoroughbred sire, shows up in a high percentage of the pedigrees of the AQHA Supreme Champions, (there have been only 46), and Leo appears on the dam side of many. Most Supreme Champions have a strong infusion of Thoroughbred blood, sired by stallions with Speed Indexed bloodlines.
